The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including customer service, staff management, financial planning, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Prior Hotel Management experience a plus!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Supervise and motivate staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounts.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
Develop customer service policies and procedures.
Analyze customer feedback and take corrective action when necessary.
