CNC Machine Operator, CNC Cell Operator

CNC Machine Operator, CNC Cell Operator - Hardware manufacturer seeks five (5) experienced CNC Cell Operators to run the CNC machines at their facility in Savanna, IL.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions where you will earn a top wage, based on your experience. The facility is climate-controlled with an employee lunchroom that has a microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines for your use.
ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE!

Your responsibilities will include:
Completing offsets and major tool changes as needed.
Performing normal machine malfunction repairs.
Following all required quality assurance procedures, monitoring SPC and tool insert usage for process changes pertaining to quality, tool usage and production.
Assisting the maintenance department in basic repairs.
Replacing and setting cylinders and switches with limited assistance.

To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of CNC machine operating experience. In addition, you must:
Know basic math and English.
Demonstrate the ability to run all CNC machines with little or no assistance
Be able to operate three or more CNC machines and demonstrate the organizational ability to accurately complete all inspection, SPC sheets, production tickers, plus attain expected production.
Be competent in all gauging instrument and data collection systems.
Be able to read blueprints and part programs.
Have a High school diploma or GED.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
